Consulting for pesticides provides services to domestic and foreign companies in the field of registration of plant protection products, biocides, fertilizers and other chemicals.
OUR REFERENCE
Our team of specialized experts with long experience and knowledge acquisition through continuous training has achieved cooperation primarily with Croatian institutions based on legal frameworks and with investors, i.e. owners of documentation and registration of plant protection products, biocides, fertilizers and other chemicals. The CP was established in 2013 and so far we have been cooperating with approximately 30 foreign companies, mostly from EU, India, Japan and USA. We are particularly pleased to have a good cooperation with the leading agro-companies in our country in our marketing activities and distribution.
SCOPE OF WORK
Consulting for pesticides provides services to domestic and foreign companies in the field of registration of plant protection products, biocides, fertilizers and other chemicals.
On behalf of the owner of the registration of plant protection products, biocides and fertilizers, we carry out all activities related to obtaining registrations from the competent institutions in the Republic of Croatia and in the region.
Apart from services in the area of registration of the above mentioned products, we provide distribution, sales, consulting, market research, marketing, domestic and regional markets.
EU regulations define procedures for obtaining approvals for products such as plant protection products, biocides, fertilizers. However, Member States have different administrative and regulatory requirements. The variety of such requests and their constant change can be a challenge for EU member companies who want to market their products on the Croatian market. Consulting for Pesticide d.o.o. (CP) is ideal for interpreting regional and national requirements, and providing service for obtaining product approvals. The use of our language, knowledge of national requirements, and technical expertise have contributed to successful business cooperations, especially companies from the countries of Europe Southern Zone.

1. PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS
Conducting all activities related with registration of plant protection products in Croatia according to EC Regulation 1107/2009. and Directive 91/414/EC.
1.1.Preparing documentation for registrations of all types according to Regulation 1107/2009.
1.1.1. Mutual Recognition, according to Articles 40-42 .
1.1.2. Zonal Registration according to Article 33.
1.1.3. Renewal of Registration extension, according to Article 43.
1.2. Registrations of PPP according Directive 91/414/EC, uniform principles.
1.3. Service related with changes and supplements of current registrations.
1.4. Conducting analysis and preparation of Comparative Assessements for Croatia in case if active ingradient is candidate for substitution, according to Article 50 of EC Regulation 1107/2009.
2. BIOCIDES
Conducting all activities for registration of biocides in accordance with Regulation EC 528/2012. It is possible to register biocides according to the national procedures. National registrations can be conducted for all products whose active substances are not yet included in Annex I.
3. FERTILIZERS
All activities related with registrations of fertilizers in Croatia in the name of registration holder or in the name of distributor in Croatia in accordance with Regulation EC 2003/2003.
4. OTHER CHEMICALS
Preparation of Material Safety Data Sheets MSDSs for all chemicals in accordance with Regulation EC 1272/2008.
Enrollment/submission of Safety Data Sheet for all chemicals into the Croatian Register of Chemicals in Croatian Institute for Public Health (HZJZ).
